The Hakka Cookbook

Linda Lau Anusasananan, 劉 玉 珍 : 刘 玉 珍, a Hakka-American author, has produced The Hakka Cookbook, a collection of stories and recipes about Hakka cuisine.

Her book covers Hakka cuisine from its homeland in China, through migrations overseas, to the kitchens of contemporary North America.
