To start with, a Hakka household favourite, ​紅燜豬肉 : 红焖猪肉 hóng mèn zhūròu : fung(2) mun(3?) zu(1) ngiug(5). This version also had Chinese mushrooms in it.

Next up, another specialty, fatty pork slices with (dred) mustard greens, (乾 : 干) 梅菜扣肉 ​(gān) méicài kòu ròugon(1) moi(2) coi(4) kêu(4) ngiug(5):  

Below is another version, made in the 蕉嶺 : 蕉岭​ Jiāolǐng : Jiau(1) liang(3) style, although the meat is not visible. Jiaoling County is a county just north of Moiyan County.
