Plum Blossom 梅花
The character 梅 (moi(2) / méi) represents the plum tree, and by extension, the plum blossom, 梅花 méihuā : moi(2) fa(1), a much favoured flower in Chinese culture. I did not find a great many flowering plum trees in Moiyan, but here is one that was luckily in bloom at the time of my visit:
